Vista Recreation staff who live onsite are expected to maintain their sites and storage areas as follows:

  • Only one RV will be allowed per host site, in keeping with the occupancy rules set forth for our visitors.
  • RVs and vehicles must be kept in a condition in which they can be moved quickly in the event of an emergency.

  • If living onsite, hosts must reside in an RV—no tents will be allowed, except for short term use by visiting family or friends (must be approved in advance).
  • No permanent structures or additions will be allowed at any time.
  • For safety, exterior steps may be added to aid those hosts with mobility issues who may have difficulty with steep RV steps.
  • No tarps will be allowed to be hung in or over the host site.
  • Non-native flowers or plants may not be planted at host sites, or any other location within the recreation area.
  • Host sites and storage areas will be kept clean, tidy and free of clutter at all times.
