The Work Number
Vista Recreation is officially live on The Work Number® database from Equifax. We are pleased to provide the following materials from The Work Number as resources to our employees.
- The Work Number Reference Manual: Provides an overview of The Work Number service and how the service is used.
- Communication Materials: Provides useful tips on proven communication strategies and components, as well as communications templates that you can customize.
Where to access account

For security reasons, if you wish to access your account, you must first be authenticated by visiting theworknumber.com. Please click on "I’m an Employee Looking for My Data" from the home page and follow the prompts. Once you completes authentication, you will be able to log in and set up your own personal PIN for future access. In the rare instance where we are not able to authenticate your information, you will be redirected to your company's webManager to verify your identity and unlock the account.
On-Site Camp Host Campsite & Storage Requirements
Vista Recreation staff who live onsite are expected to maintain their sites and storage areas as follows:
- Only one RV will be allowed per host site, in keeping with the occupancy rules set forth for our visitors.
- RVs and vehicles must be kept in a condition in which they can be moved quickly in the event of an emergency.
- All vehicles at host sites must be in running condition, and must be parked in a designated parking area.
- If living onsite, hosts must reside in an RV—no tents will be allowed, except for short term use by visiting family or friends (must be approved in advance).
- No permanent structures or additions will be allowed at any time.
- For safety, exterior steps may be added to aid those hosts with mobility issues who may have difficulty with steep RV steps.
- No tarps will be allowed to be hung in or over the host site.
- Non-native flowers or plants may not be planted at host sites, or any other location within the recreation area.
- Host sites and storage areas will be kept clean, tidy and free of clutter at all times.
- Bathroom chases and utility closets will not be used to store personal items.
- Regular inspections of host sites and storage areas will be conducted.
